Following Mindy Seu's 2023 pseudo-encyclopedia "CYBERFEMINISM INDEX", comes "A SEXUAL HISTORY OF THE INTERNET." A 700+ page artist book that gathers anecdotes, artworks, and historical artifacts that reveal the pervasive and perverted origins of our digital tools. Published alongside a participatory lecture performance told through the audience’s phones, the book is designed in the same dimensions as an iPhone. This format lends itself to an Instagram-Stories-as-Lecture format was first conceived of by Julio Correa in Seu’s Lecture Performance studio course (Fall 2023) at Yale School of Art.
